1.1/4 Cup Chana flour
2 tbsp Grated coconut
1/4 Cup thick curd
2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Ginger & chilli paste
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1/4 tsp red chilli powder 
ENO 1 pouch
20 Curry leaves
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp oil
A pinch Asafetida
Salt as per taste
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 Green chilli cut lengthwise



Take a chana flour, add salt, ginger & chilli paste, asafetida, curd, grated coconut, 1 tsp sugar,1 tbsp lemon juice, turmeric, red chilli powder and oil make a batter usi

For the rice:
Basmati rice  3 cups
Water  6 cups
Cardamom & clove  6 each
Cinnamon  1 medium size stick
Ghee  3 tbsp
Lemon Juice  3-4tbsp

For the masala:
Prawns   kg (cleaned & deviened)
Ginger garlic paste  2 tbsp
Chilli powder   tbsp
Pepper powder   tsp
Onions  3, chopped finely

Tomato  2-3, chopped finely

Ingredients: 
Beef - 2 lb ,cut into 1" squares
Onions- 3, medium sliced fine
Tomatoes- 2, medium chopped
Coconut slivers/Thenga kothu- 1/2 cup ( I did not have any, so I skipped them)
Red Chili powder- 1 heaped tbsp (I used the spicy type, so 1 heaped tbsp was enough. Go as per your taste)
Coriander powder- 1 1/2 heaped tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp 
Ginger -garlic paste- 2 tbsp 
Salt-to taste
Water- 1/4 cup ( You need not add this at all if you are not draining/ drying the meat after

For the beef curry
1 kg bone-in beef
2 medium onions,diced
1 large tomato,chopped
3 green chillies, slitted
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp red chili powder
2 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste

Method: Mix all the ingredients together, in a pressure cooker and cook till the beef is cooked completely. There should be some water remaining, if not add about 1 cup of water and keep aside.

For the Kappa/Yucca
2 large roots of yucca,cleaned and chopped to 3-4 inch
